Randy, I am still in denial. I can't believe you are gone. I'm glad we got to spend some time with you a couple years ago when we visited you in Grandy. You loved the mountains...now they are your forever. Love you, cousin.

It was a sad day when Rick called to tell me about the loss of Randy, a close buddy and fellow scout. We had lots of brotherly experiences together when we were young, learning to explore the woods, caves, Fourteeners, jeep trails and scout camps. Being a couple years younger, I looked up to Randy and learned a lot from him. We usually talked for an hour once a year or so. I'll surely miss Randy. My sincerest condolences to June, Rick and the extended family. My thoughts and prayers are with all. Brad

My dearest friend. It seems like only yesterday that you spent the night at our house after my fathers' memorial service, another beloved member of Troop 16. We sat for hours reminiscing about Reese and Chuck our Troop leaders, and of many great times camping. Like the time up grizzly gulch when you and Steve Wilson got me drunk on Coors at a boy scout long-term camp and I thought I lost my finger. Our ever present Jeeps Jeeps Jeeps. You were so cool in high school with your red 66 CJ5 with posi-traction stagger block tires, I was so jealous. You have always been the omni-present mountain man. Our heart felt condolences to your family. You will be missed and may you find the peace you are looking for. I love you my brother.

I remember having a huge crush on Randy when he was an Eagle Scout with my brother Brad. Troop 16. I got to climb Mt. Decateur with Randy when I was in high school. We took his Jeep. I am sorry and sad for the loss of Randy.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Randy's family. I met Randy through my brother Greg Morrison. Mr. Braun was Greg's scout master and Randy and Steve Wilson were his helpers. We jeeped together, hiked together, and partied together! We'll always remember Randy in his jeep with his engineer's hat! I was so excited we talked Randy in going to our 40th EHS reunion, 2 years ago. God bless him! Kathleen Morrison Moran (Grand Lake) Greg Morrison (Grand Junction)
