To my Beloved Grandmother. I love you with all of my heart. I am so thankful for time we spent together recently. I will always love and cherish you and just know that you will forever be remembered. My heart is heavy, but I know the Lord has embraced you with open arms. Forever I love you Grandma - Autumn.

To my loving Aunt: It is so hard to believe you are gone and it hurts so much. I want you to know, that I am extremely blessed to have you as an Aunt and to have so many memories of you. I know you are in a better place now, and one day we will all be together again. I promise you we will continue to visit our Tio and make sure he is okay. We love and miss you so much, May you forever Rest In Peace. I love you!

My beautiful Aunt...I was truly blessed to have you in my life! You have always been so special to me. It hurts so much to know you are gone, but I know you are looking down on us and I will see you again someday. I love you... God looked upon his garden And found an empty place. He then looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you And lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering He knew you were in pain. He knew you would never Get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb So he closed your weary eyelids And whispered "Peace be thine." It broke our hearts to lose you But you didn't go alone For part of us went with you The day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, Your love is still our guide. And though we cannot see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one The chain will link again. poem Author: Unknown
