Yvonne L Knox passed away peacefully on September 19th, 2025 at the Kremmling Memorial Hospital.
Born Yvonne Louise Christiansen to her parents Wallace Albert and Minnie Alice Christiansen on December 4th, 1938. She married Ivan C. Knox on March 10th, 1957, and the family grew with the births of her daughter Marlynn and a son, Mike.
Grand County was her home for almost all of her life, living, working, and raising her family in the rural community of Hot Sulphur Springs. She touched the lives of many people through her life-long commitment of community service and charity, and will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
She is survived by a sister Kay, along with her children Marlynn (Bob) Mulder and her son Michael (Denise) Knox, 2 grandchildren, Brandy Merritt and Joe (Terra) Mulder, along with 5 great-grands and additional grandkids from her extended family.
Preceded in death by her parents, 3 of her siblings, sister Yolanda and 2 brothers, Delbert and Keith David.
The family plans on celebrating her life and legacy in the summer of 2026, details will be made available as soon as they are confirmed at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, she would be thrilled to have any donations made to a couple of local causes in her name;
