Joshua Taylor Horsley, 25, a beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend passed away far too soon on November 3, 2025, in Kremmling, Colorado, Josh was born on April 28, 2000 to Thomas Horsley and Crystal Horsley in Denver, Colorado. He was the 2nd oldest child and his parents only son.
Josh was such a pleasant, happy boy to be around. His childhood was lived in Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado, where he was known by his nickname's "Joshey Bug" and "Mr. McGoo". He spent much of his childhood playing with matchbox cars, building Lego's, and making blanket tents with his sisters. He was a part of the LDS Granby Branch and was involved with the Boy Scouts.
Josh graduated from MIddle Park High School in 2018. While in High School he worked at Hot Sulphur Spring Resort and Spa. After graduating he moved to Denver, Colorado, where he lived and worked for two years in the hospitality industry. In late 2021 he moved to Kremmling, Colorado where he was roommates with a childhood friend, Andrew Wilkinson. He started his career as an Electrician, working as an apprentice for Corey Trail of Trail Electric. He enjoyed being an electrician.
Josh enjoyed hiking and camping with the Boy Scouts, family and friends. He found a love for photography, with nature and landscapes being his favorite to capture. He loved hanging around his family fire pit, enjoyed family picnics and Sunday dinners and formed many special memories.
He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, kindness to others and loving hugs.
He is survived by his parents and his two sisters.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday November 15, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Granby LDS Church located at 280 11th street, Granby, CO 80446
