Herbert Ashton Sterling, Jr.
1929-2012
Herbert Ashton Sterling, Jr. of Kremmling, CO went to that great fishing hole in the sky Thursday, December 6, 2012. Born in Duval County, FL March 2, 1929, Herb was a Navy veteran, and listed his leisure time activities when he enlisted as "Sports, Fishing, Photography.". Relocating from Denver in 2008, Herb continued to pursue his passion for all three - most notably fishing. An informal memorial to Herb will be on a wall at the Rocky Mountain Bar & Grill in Kremmling, and a celebration of his life is being planned for the Spring at one of his favorite fishing spots.
