Guy William Morris

Guy William Morris, 72, of Tabernash, Colorado passed away at home on November 13, 2024, surrounded by family.

Guy was a long-time resident of Grand County. He was an avid knife collector and gun enthusiast who enjoyed restoring vintage vehicles.

Guy is survived by his partner, Melanie LaCosse and her children, Ananda and Elliot Voecks, his brother, John (Terri) Morris, their children Ted (Jen) Morris and Ness Morris, and niece Sarah (Tim) Killeen and their children Conall and Tristan.

Guy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Edward and Helen Morris, and maternal grandparents, John Johnson and Eleanor Hickey, his parents, Nelson Morris II and Joan Morris, his brother, Nelson Morris III, and his sister Elizabeth Helen Suckow.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Guy’s life will be held on Saturday, June 14th, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Fisher’s Bar (401 Xerox Street, Fraser, C0 80442). Friends and loved ones are invited to join us in honoring his memory, sharing stories, and raising a glass in his name. Food and refreshments will be provided as we come together to remember the warmth, laughter, and lasting impact Guy brought to our lives.
