Dean Emmet Minchow

Dean Emmett Minchow, born February 9, 1946, left September 22, 2022.  Little is known by those of us in the County of his life prior to arriving in Grand Lake in 1995.  Upon arrival he established himself as a premier waiter, known for his self deprecating wit and no nonsense belief in great service.  He became the ultimate in quality, always gracious and classic.  He loved his time in our Colorado gambling towns.  Although he was a private man, for those of us lucky enough to have shared time with him, knew he was a gem.  He was valued for his impeccable service and loyal friendships to this town. He is survived by his Grand Lake family and friends.  In the words of Dean and his forever salutation...  Chow Chow ❤️
