"Time spent fishing is NOT deducted from one's lifespan"
Tony was born on October 10, 1993 to his mom Renee Cook in Riverside, California. Shortly after, Tony and the family moved Colorado to live with his loving Grandparents Robert and Jeanette Cook, with plenty of help from aunt Bobbie Cook-Hernandez and his uncle Nacho Hernandez.
In Grand County he discovered his love for fishing, riding his dirt bike, and countless other recreational adventures where he made many friends.
He is survived by his partner Faye and their children Paisley and Oakley Cook, his sisters Lisa Strahl, Nicole (Brandon) Thompson, and Michelle Strahl. Aunt Laurie Geist, uncle Bill Karns, cousins Shannon (Joel) Rakich, Brad (Ellie) Geist, Melissa Geist, Alex Geist, Rachelle (Steven) Barnes, and Brian Skinner. Nieces and nephews Tyler, Tanner, Nevaeh, Dominick, Aaliyah, Jacob, Adyison, Travis, Brielle, Alivia, and "Papa Ray".
Anthony was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert and Jeanette Cook, Brad Geist Sr., his cousin Robert Geist, and aunt Debra Ruble.

I've finished life's chores assigned to me, So put me on a boat headed out to sea.
Please send along my fishin' pole, for I've been invited to the fishin' hole.
Where every day is a day to fish, don't worry, feel glad for me,
cuz' I'm fishing with the Master of the sea.
If others wonder why I'm missin',
Just tell 'em I've gone fishin'!
